Fast talk, endless coffee and a small town full of lovable oddballs keep fans returning to Stars Hollow year after year. This Gilmore Girls quiz asks about your reading habits, your caffeine needs and how you handle a busy week, then matches you with Lorelai, Rory, Luke or Sookie. Each result celebrates a different kind of warmth and wit, perfect for sharing with your fellow fans.
Gilmore Girls premiered on The WB on October 5, 2000, and ran for seven seasons, wrapping up on The CW in 2007. Created by Amy Sherman-Palladino, it follows a mother and daughter in Stars Hollow, a fictional Connecticut town packed with quirky neighbors, festivals and town meetings. Netflix brought the story back in 2016 with a four-part revival.
The show is famous for its rapid-fire dialogue. Its scripts reportedly ran around 80 pages per episode, far longer than a typical hour-long drama script, so the actors had to talk fast to fit it all in. Viewers also love the pop culture references, the cozy small-town settings and the way the friendships feel lived in. Many fans rewatch it every fall, when the leaves change and the coffee starts flowing.
This quiz asks about everyday choices like your weekend plans, your bag and your caffeine habits. Each answer leans toward one of four characters, and whichever gets the most points becomes your match. There are no wrong answers, and it's purely for fun, not an official quiz or a scientific test, so answer like yourself and enjoy your trip to Stars Hollow.
