Seinfeld turned waiting for a table, losing a car in a parking garage and arguing about tiny social rules into some of the funniest TV ever made. This Seinfeld quiz asks about your pet peeves, your weekend plans and how you handle awkward moments, then matches you with Jerry, George, Elaine or Kramer. Seven quick questions, plenty of everyday dilemmas, and a result worth arguing about over coffee.
Seinfeld first aired on NBC on July 5, 1989, under the title The Seinfeld Chronicles, and ran for nine seasons until May 14, 1998. Created by Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld, it followed four friends in Manhattan, mostly hanging around an Upper West Side apartment and a neighborhood coffee shop. The show won the Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series in 1993 and became one of the most quoted and rerun sitcoms in American history.
Its secret was turning ordinary annoyances into big comedy. Waiting in line, splitting a check or figuring out the unwritten rules of dating all became material, and fans still use phrases from the show in everyday conversation. Each of the four main characters reacts to these small disasters in a totally different way, which is exactly why so many viewers can spot a little of themselves in at least one of them.
This is an unofficial fan quiz. Each answer about your habits, pet peeves and social style nudges you toward one of four friends, and whichever earns the most points becomes your match. There are no wrong answers, and it's purely for fun rather than a real personality test.
